William “Bill” Rakowitz

Bill Rakowitz joined Murray Construction in October 2017 as Director of Property Management. Prior to Murray Construction Bill owned and operated a midsize commercial printing company for over 34 years. Born in Westchester, NY, graduated from Texas A&M. Bill currently lives in New Jersey with his wife and has a daughter who's married. Outside of work, Bill enjoys playing golf with friends and family.
Bill works closely with both management and tenants to resolve any issues, he takes great pride in being organized and giving personal attention to our tenant’s needs.
